Conference fees includes access to all receptions and meals, including breakfast, lunch and break service.

 
Alumni - Super Saver Registration (ends July 13th) $400.00

Must have attended in 2010 or 2011 to qualify as an alumnus


Non-Alumni - Super Saver Registration (ends July 13th) $415.00

Alumni - Early Bird Registration (July 14 - August 15) $450.00

Must have attended in 2010 or 2011 to qualify as an alumnus


Non-Alumni - Early Bird Registration (July 14 - August 15) $465.00

Alumni - Full Conference Registration (August 16 - September 10) $500.00

Must have attended in 2010 or 2011 to qualify as an alumnus


Non-Alumni - Full Conference Registration (August 16 - September 10) $500.00

Onsite Registration $550.00

Exhibit Hall Only Pass $80.00/day

Single Day Pass $350.00/day

 


Team Pricing Rates
Team pricing ("Team" is defined as from the same organization. Each registrant must fill out a registration form separately [form coming soon]. All forms MUST be submitted at the same time. Team pricing does not apply to the pre-conference workshops.) Only available through fax or mail.
First through Fourth Registrants (Through July 13) $400.00 (Alumni); $415 (Non-Alumni)
First through Fourth Registrants (July 14 - August 15) $450.00 (Alumni); $465 (Non-Alumni)
First through Fourth Registrants (August 16 - September 10) $500.00 each
Fifth and Additional Registrants $355 each

 
 
Cancellation Policy
All requests for refunds must be in writing and sent electronically to Courtney Witter. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received before July 6, 2012. Refunds will not be issued after July 6, 2012. Substitutions of attendees may be made at any time without charge. Pre-Conference Workshop fees are non refundable. There are no exceptions to this refund policy.
We reserve the right to offer qualified substitute presenters in the event of an emergency, illness, etc. If a particular presentation has to be cancelled, attendees are still responsible for the full amount of their registration fees. If it is necessary to cancel a pre-conference workshop, a refund granted for that pre-conference workshop only. Every effort will be made to immediately notify registrants of changes or cancellations. There are no exceptions to this refund policy.
